Choose safer products for your home or workplace

If you've ever searched for safer products for your home or office, you know that there are a lot of environmental claims out there, and it can be hard to tell what they really mean.

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Safer Choice label offers shoppers and businesses an easy way to find products that use the safest chemicals available. To earn the Safer Choice label, manufacturers must submit the chemical ingredients in their products for an independent review that measures them against strict human health and environmental criteria.

Ecology believes Safer Choice criteria are transparent and the standards are protective of human health and the environment. Only products that meet the highest standards are allowed to carry the Safer Choice logo.

Search from more than 2,700 products that carry the Safer Choice label, including a wide range of cleaning products.
