HOW WE SELECT THOSE HIRED
We hire EYC crew members based on a combination of their application, interview
score, and teacher references.
SAFETY TRAINING
Safety is our number one priority. All EYC employees receive extensive safety
training before working on the road.
Summer youth crews participate in several environmental education activities.
They will learn about sustainable living, global warming, waste reduction and recycling, and protecting
Puget Sound. Additionally, a newsletter is generated for each session, and youth are encouraged to
submit articles and stories.
