The following tables of policies and procedures relate to the Toxics Cleanup Program

The policies and technical
memoranda listed below are advisory. They are not binding on Ecology or the
regulated community. The statements made in these
documents reflect Ecology's interpretation of the Model Toxics Control Act
statute and rules, and approaches to implementation.
They should be read in conjunction with the these laws. Further changes to the
statute or regulations may affect the statements contained in these documents.
Since Ecology anticipates proposing amendments to the Model Toxics Control Act
regulations during the coming year, persons are cautioned to watch for these
changes.
