12/13/11 - OCR is Delivering Water --  The Office of Columbia River is issuing the first water rights from the new water supply by the Lake Roosevelt Incremental Storage Releases Project. Additionally, the Office entered into an agreement with the cities of Kennewick, Pasco, Richland, and West Richland (Quad Cities) to provide water for homes and businesses.

The Office of Columbia River (OCR) aggressively pursues development of water supplies to benefit both instream and out-of-stream uses. OCR does so by funding and coordinating storage, conservation, and transmission projects.

2012 Agency Request Legislation: Extending the Voluntary Regional Agreement Pilot Legislation

Seeking input on Yakima River Basin Integrated Water Resource Management Programmatic EIS.
