Progress
In May 2004 the Planning Unit voted to discontinue instream flow work and July 2004, the Planning Unit voted to discontinue the watershed planning process.A Phase 2 Level I Technical Assessment (March 2004) and an Instream Flow scope of work were completed, along with preliminary stream flow monitoring; then however as noted above, the planning unit decided not to proceed with instream flow analysis and subsequent Phase 3 plan development.
