Aerial Surveys on August 7,8,9 2002

These aerial surveys were conducted by Watershed Sciences LLC for the Washington State Department of Ecology. For more information about the aerial surveys, contact Anita Stohr or read the report by Watershed Sciences here.

The longitudinal profiles of temperature from these 2002 TIR surveys are available in Excel spreadsheets wwexcel2002.zip [276 Kb]. In addition, the temperature profiles from the TIR surveys are also available as Arcview shapefiles wwshape2002.zip [425 Kb].

The aerial images may be browsed in either the upstream or downstream direction starting at any river mile (RM) location in the list. The right arrows move through the images in the upstream direction and the left arrows move downstream one frame at a time. The images may be played automatically in either direction by using the double-arrows. Playing may be stopped by using the square button. A high speed internet connection is recommended for automatically browsing through the images with the double-arrows. The user may switch between images in [color], [thermal IR], or display [both] images side-by-side at any location.
