The Recycling Assessment Panel: Final Recommendations, is a summary document of the recommendations of a blue ribbon panel convened to find way to increase the recovery of materials from the state's waste stream. The recommendations include suggestions for local government, state government, private industry, and the state legislature that will increase the state's recycling rate. Some of the areas covered by the panel include, data collection, education, the organic waste stream, residential waste stream, commercial waste stream, product stewardship, market development and, the construction and demolition waste stream. | |
