The Washington State Department of Ecology is proposing to enter into a Consent Decree with Cenex Harvest States Cooperatives to conduct cleanup actions at the Cenex Supply and Marketing Facility. Ecology invites the public to review and comment on the proposed Consent Decree, the Draft Cleanup Action Plan and the SEPA Determination of Non-Significance. Public comments will be accepted January 2, 2001 through February 1, 2001. | |
