This Environmental Performance Partnership Agreement (PPA) documents contractual commitments between the Washington Department of Ecology (Ecology) and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The agreement includes activities of the water, waste and air programs of Ecology and EPA for the period from July 1, 2001 to June 30, 2003. This biennial agreement is scheduled to coincide with the state biennial budget process. Note: The draft version of this document was assigned publication number 01-04-030. The final document publication number is 01-01-002 which can be downloaded from this summary page. |
