Policy guidance which consists of two parts: Publication # 10-06-012 is a two-page FOCUS sheet, while Publication # 10-06-012-B is a key points" one-page summary version of the same subject matter. The purpose of these documents is to explain the uses and limitations of exemptions under the Shoreline Management Act (Ch. 90.58 RCW). Tips on administration are also included. The intended audience is local government shoreline administrators and interested members of the public. |
