Publication Summary

The Washington Department of Ecology (Ecology) has received the "Draft Final Phase II Remedial Investigation (RI) Technical Report" for the Glade Road Facility located at 3482 Glade Road North near the city of Pasco, Franklin County, Washington. The facility is currently operated by Western Farm Service, Inc., (WFS), a division of Agrium, and is used for agricultural chemical distribution. The Draft Final Phase II RI Technical Report was submitted in accordance with Ecology′s Agreed Order No. DE 97TC-E104 issued under the authority of the Model Toxics Control Act (MTCA) Chapter 173-340 WAC. The Order was issued to the Potentially Liable Persons (PLPs), who are PureGro (Unocal) and WFS. The Remedial Investigation was completed in general accordance with the "Final Phase II Remedial Investigation and Feasibility Study Work Plan."
