This annual report is submitted to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) by the Washington State Department of Ecology for State Fiscal Year 2001 (SFY 01), July 1, 2000 - June 30, 2001. This report describes how Washington State has met the goals and objectives of its State Revolving Fund (SRF) program for SFY 01 and reflects the actual use of SRF funds. Ecology, as the designated agency for the state of Washington, has the sole responsibility for management of the SRF program and is the primary contact with EPA on SRF issues. The annual report explains how Ecology has used the SRF program and the progress of meeting/ achieving the goals and objectives for State Fiscal Year SFY 01. |
