This report describes the findings of an investigation of geology, ground and surface water quantity, ground water quality, and seawater intrusion on Anderson Island, Pierce County, Washington. The population of Anderson Island has been increasing steadily over the past decade. This has raised concerns about the adequacy of freshwater supplies, including the risk of seawater instrusion.
