Chapter 70.105D.070 RCW creates a fund source to provide monies to state and local government to cleanup hazardous substances. Ecology is establishing methamphetamine lab grant program. Chapter 70.105D.070 provides a list of grant eligible activities. One grant eligible activity is to assist local government in the assessment and cleanup of sites of methamphetamine activities, but not to be used for the initial containment of such sites. | |
