The Washington state departments of Ecology and Fish and Wildlife conducted an instream flow study in the Walla Walla River and Mill Creek using the Instream Flow Incremental Methodology (IFIM). The study provided information about the relationship between stream flow and fish habitat, which can be used in developing instream flow requirements for fish.
