In the fall of 2002, the Department of Ecology contracted with the United States Department of Agriculture′s National Agricultural Statistics Service [NASS] to conduct a survey of persons who have applied for an environmental permit from Ecology. The survey requested permit applicants to state their level of satisfaction with Ecology′s customer service and the clarity and predictability of its permitting processes. This is a report of the survey results. | |
