Before adopting the rule, in this case the shoreline guidelines (WAC 173-26 Part III), Ecology elected to prepare this economic analysis, which identifies and evaluates various requirements and associated costs that the rule might impose on business. In particular, this SBEIS studies whether the costs on business that might be imposed by the rule impose a disproportionate impact on the State's small businesses. | |
