The Department of Agriculture has been granted funding to Washington State University (WSU) Puyallup to continue this study for an additional two years. WSU and Ecology will continue data collection and analysis on manure, soil, groundwater, irrigation water, and grass at the study site per the 2004 QA Project Plan Groundwater, Soil, and Crop Nitrogen at a Field where Dairy Waste is Used as Fertilizer in Whatcom County. |
