| Abstract | Long Description |
The primary "driver" of this proposed rule is amendments made to the Model Toxic Control Act (MTCA) after the Remedial Action Grant rule was adopted. New grant programs established under the MTCA (Methamphetamine Lab Assessment and Cleanup, and Derelict Vessel) needed to be implemented before the grant rules could be amended. These programs have been operating under guidelines and need to be incorporated into the grant rules. A number of other issues identified by the program will also be addressed during rule amendment process. |
