Guidance on the form and content of an industrial engineering report submitted to Ecology to fulfill requirements of Chapter 173-240 WAC. It is intended primarily for new facilities and major modifications of treatment facilities. If you have a minor project on an existing wastewater treatment facility, contact your Department of Ecology permit manager for the engineering report requirements. | |
