This user guide is a companion document to the CCET tool (download above), which is also available on cd from the Department of Ecology. Call (360) 407-6754 and ask for publication #05-04-009cd. The Closure Cost Estimating Tool (CCET), uses information collected in conjunction with cost data to create cost estimates and can assist small facilities develop closure cost estimates and reduce the financial and administrative burden associated with the process. | |
