Short Description	This Plan is an update to the 2004 & 2005 Washington State Map Modernization Business Plans. This plan was prepared to provide FEMA Region X with all information necessary to represent Washington State in their regional business plans. This plan will focus on elements critical to FEMA′s Multi-Hazard Information Portal [MHIP] in terms of sequencing, costs, and management support. This plan will also report on the State′s progress, Highlight State′s capabilities and resources, present the State′s future business plans & needs, identify any concerns, and address changes to the FY06 program. This business plan update includes the following main components: Mapping Sequencing – Factors and Methods Progress Report – CTP and MMMS Role of the State – Capability, Resources, Approach Washington State′s Current Efforts Washington State′s Future Business Plans Program Changes for FY06 Identify concerns or potential shortfalls
