The 2004 Assessment of Cruise Ship Environmental Effects in Washington is a report that analyzes the overall compliance with the Memorandum of Understanding, evaluates the performance of the advanced wastewater treatment systems on board the larger ships, and makes recommendations to improve protections for the environment.
