Short Description

The Washington State Department of Ecology (Ecology) revised aquatic life use designations applicable to waters of the state. Washington administrative procedures require two types of economic analyses before adopting a significant legislative rule – a cost-benefit and a small business impact analysis. This report provides these analyses of potential impacts that may be associated with the proposed rule.
