| Short Description |
Chapter 173-455 WAC will consolidate all air quality fees from existing chapters. It will also add two new fees: portable/temporary source permit fees and variance request fees. The purpose of the change is to provide the regulated community easier access to fee information. The only new requirements will be for those affected by the two new fees added to the rule. The requirements will remain the same for those affected by the existing fees. | |
