These guidelines detail the funding levels, eligibility requirements, and application process for the Department of Ecology′s Remedial Action Grants and Loan Program. This program helps local governments with the costs of cleaning up hazardous waste sites. These guidelines will help you, the reader, understand the administrative policies and procedures of the 2003-2005 Remedial Action Grant Program.
