Short Description

The Department of Ecology (Ecology) is adopting an amendment to Chapter 173-545 of the Washington Administrative Code (WAC) – Instream Resources Protection Program – Wenatchee River Basin, Water Resource Inventory Area (WRIA) 45. The amendments reflect the recommendations of the Wenatchee Watershed Planning Unit established under the Watershed Planning Act, Chapter 90.82 RCW. This is consistent with the requirement that as a member of the planning unit, Ecology must adopt rules to implement state responsibilities set in an adopted watershed plan.
