The Department of Ecology (Ecology) is proposing to amend the Preassessment Screening and Oil Spill Compensation Schedule Regulations. The proposal notice will be published in the Washington State Register on January 7, 2009. The purpose of this rule proposal is to update existing compensation schedule formula multipliers and their descriptions so that the full range of compensation can be calculated. | |
