The Washington State Department of Ecology (Ecology) proposes removing 2800 Center Drive North, DuPont, WA ("the Site") from an existing restrictive (environmental) covenant for the DuPont Corporate Park Site. The Site is owned by the DuPont Corporate Park LLC ("DCP"). The DCP completed a cleanup of the site under Ecology′s Voluntary Cleanup Program. Public comment period is March 13 through April 15, 2008. | |||
