The Department of Ecology invites you to comment on the closing out of the Enforcement Order issued to the Pop's Automotive Roloff Property site in 1994. The site is at 1521 126th Street SE, Everett, Washington. Ecology has concluded from a review of records and recent groundwater samples that the remediation work at the site meets the provisions of the 1994 Enforcement Order and therefore no further action is needed. Ecology would like your input on its proposal to close out the 1994 Order and remove the site from the Hazardous Site List. Comments will be accepted November 21 through December 22, 2008. | |||
