The Department of Ecology and the City of Olympia entered into an Agreed Order to investigate and clean up contamination at the Solid Wood Inc. site in Olympia in July 2008. A June 2008 public comment period was held for the Remedial Investigation/Feasibility study, Interim Action work plan, and the Agreed Order. As a result of public comment and preliminary Remedial Investigation work, the work plan and Agreed Order were revised. The public is invited to comment on these revised documents November 20 through December 24, 2008. | |||
