The Washington State Department of Ecology prepared this fact sheet to provide you with information about the ULTRA Corporation former Pace National Corporation Facility (Pace National). The Pace National site is located at 500 7th Avenue South, Kirkland, WA. In December 2008, Ecology and ULTRA Corporation entered a legal agreement called an Agreed Order. Under this proposed Agreed Order, ULTRA Corporation agrees to complete a Work Plan for a Remedial Investigation/Feasibility Study, and a draft Cleanup Action Plan. Comments will be accepted December 19 through January 20, 2009. | |||
