The Washington State Department of Ecology prepared this fact sheet to provide you with information about three Agreed Orders proposed for these sites under the Model Toxics Control Act (MCTA): Bothell Landing at 18120, 18126, 18132 Bothell Way NE, 10001 Woodinville Drive; Bothell Riverside at NE 180th Street & Woodinville Drive; and Bothell Paint & Decorating at 18004 & 18005 Bothell Way NE. In December 2008, Ecology and the City of Bothell (Bothell) entered three legal agreements called Agreed Orders. Under the proposed Agreed Orders, Bothell agrees to complete certain actions for each of the three sites - Bothell Landing, Bothell Riverside, and Bothell Paint & Decorating. Site numbers are 73975762, 53578168 and 93536765 respectively. Comments will be accepted from January 2 through February 2, 2009. | |||
