The poster describes the various circulation and water quality models that have been developed or are being developed for marine areas of Puget Sound. In addition to efforts by the Department of Ecology, the poster summarizes efforts by King County, the Navy, U.S. Geological Survey, and University of Washington. The poster describes why more than one model is needed and the benefits of modeling as a complement to data collection activities. |
