The Washington State Department of Ecology amended Chapter 173-303 WAC, Dangerous Waste Regulations. The Administrative Procedures Act requires a cost-benefit analysis and a least burdensome alternative analysis before adopting a significant legislative rule. This report provides the results of these analyses.
