The Department of Ecology is asking for your comments on a new proposed agreement to study a site on Puget Sound for cleanup. This site, Blaine Mini Mart, is one of several located on the waterfront that will be studied for cleanup under the state's Puget Sound Initiative. Blaine Mini Mart is located at 2530 Peace Portal Dr (intersection with Bell Rd) on Drayton Harbor, Blaine, WA, Whatcom County. You are invited to review the agreed order and public participation plan. The comment period is October 26 through November 30, 2009.
