The purpose of this Source Control Action Plan is to identify potential sources of contaminants to sediments associated with the Lower Duwamish Waterway River Mile 2.3-2.8 East source control area, and to identify the actions necessary to prevent recontamination of sediment after cleanup. This SCAP is based on a thorough review of information pertinent to sediment recontamination, as documented in the Summary of Existing Information and Identification of Data Gaps (SAIC 2008). | |||
