The purpose of this Source Control Action Plan (SCAP) is to identify potential contaminant sources to sediments associated with the Lower Duwamish Waterway (LDW) River Mile (RM) 0.9-1.0 East (Slip 1) source control area, and to identify the actions necessary to prevent recontamination of sediment after cleanup. This SCAP is based on a through review of information pertinent to sediment recontamination, as documented in Summary of Existing Information and Identification of Data Gaps (SAIC 2008). | |||
