The Washington State Department of Ecology invites comments on an Agreed Order with 8th Avenue Terminals, Inc., owner of the Crowley Marine Services 8th Ave South site. This approximately sixteen acre site is located at 7400 8th Avenue South, in Seattle, Washington, on the east side of the Lower Duwamish Waterway. The Agreed Order requires a Remedial Investigation, Feasibility Study (RI/FS) and the preparation of a Draft Cleanup Action Plan (DCAP). Comments will be accepted August 13 through September 14, 2009. | |||
