The Washington State Department of Ecology prepared this fact sheet to provide information about Brashler Industrial Park, former Premier Offset Web Sales. The Brashler Industrial Park Property is located at 5701 48th Drive NE, Marysville, Washington 98270. Ecology has determined that the remediation work at the site meets the substantive requirements of the Model Toxics Control Act (MTCA) and therefore does not pose a threat to human health or the environment. Ecology proposes to remove the site from the Hazardous Sites list and seeks your input. Public comments will be accepted February 27 through March 30, 2009. | |||
