The Washington State Department of Ecology plans to remove the Evergreen Airport cleanup site from the Hazardous Sites List. This site was cleaned up under the Voluntary Cleanup Program (VCP). Under the VCP, property owners can clean up their own property to meet the requirements of the Model Toxics Control Act (MTCA) with technical assistance from Ecology. Evergreen Airport is at 13800 through 14114 SE Mill Plain Blvd., Vancouver, WA. The Facility Site ID numbers are 7056386, 1033, and 2344585. Public comments will be accepted February 2 through March 2, 2009. | |||
