Ecology proposes to remove the Markey Property Parcel 4 site from the state's Hazardous Sites List. The property is located at 9520 10th Ave So, Seattle, WA. The site was cleaned up under the Voluntary Cleanup Program (VCP). Under the VCP, property owners can clean up their own property to meet the requirements of the Model Toxics Control Act with technical assistance from Ecology. Comment period is August 21 through September 21, 2009. | |||
