This revised FY 2010 Water Quality Combined Offer and Applicant List (Draft List) replaces the FY 2010 Draft Water Quality Combined Offer and Applicant List Ecology issued on January 15, 2009. A separate document, the Revised SFY 2010 Washington State Water Pollution Control Revolving Fund Draft Intended Use Plan (Draft IUP), is issued in conjunction with this Draft List and provides a summary of Ecology′s low-interest revolving loan program and information on how Ecology is implementing the American Recovery & Reinvestment Act of 2009 (Recovery Act). In an effort to draw a clear distinction between the existing Revolving Fund program and new Recovery Act funds, the existing Revolving Fund program is referenced in this document as the base Revolving Fund, and Recovery Act funding is referenced as Recovery Fund. | |
