This FY 2010 Water Quality Combined Final Offer and Applicant List (Final List) completes the FY 2010 competitive funding cycle process identifying water quality projects for funding from four fund sources. This Final List replaces the Revised Draft List published on April 20, 2009. A separate document, the SFY 2010 Washington State Water Pollution Control Revolving Fund Final Intended Use Plan (Final IUP), is issued in conjunction with this Final List and provides more detailed information on financial assistance provided under Ecology′s Revolving Fund low-interest loan program and the American Recovery & Reinvestment Act of 2009 (Recovery Act). A separate document, the SFY 2010 Washington State Water Pollution Control Revolving Fund Final Intended Use Plan (Final IUP), is issued in conjunction with this Final List and provides more detailed information on financial assistance provided under Ecology′s Revolving Fund low-interest loan program and the American Recovery & Reinvestment Act of 2009 (Recovery Act).
