Publication Summary

This concise explanatory statement provides information on the context and content of a water resource management program, to be adopted into rule: Chapter 173-571 WAC Water Resources Management Program for the Quilcene-Snow water resource inventory area (WRIA) 17.

We include description of our public outreach efforts, and details of all comments made on the draft rule and our responses. Ecology will consider these together with the rule implementation plan, the economic analyses, the environmental analysis under the State Environmental Policy Act, and other supporting documents for decisions on adopting the final rule.
