The Western Washington Instream Resources Protection Program (WWIRPP) is designed to develop and adopt instream flow regulations for most Water Resource Inventory Areas (WRIA) in western Washington. The administrative rules proposed for the Chambers-Clover Basin Instream Resources Protection Program will 1. Help to maintain water quality in streams and lakes; 2. Help protect habitat for spawning and rearing of resident and anadromous fishes, and for wildlife; 3. Maintain adequate lake water levels and stream flows for recreation, and aesthetic purposes.
