This publication has not been updated since publication. Our landfill design requirements are incorporated into the applicable rules (chapter 173-350 Washington Administrative Code [WAC] for non-municipal solid waste facilities and chapter 173-351 WAC for municipal solid waste landfills) As our rules are updated any technical information that was developed between rule updates is incorporated into rule. Chapter 173-350 WAC was created in 2003. The only update since involved definitional changes. Chapter 173-351 WAC has not been updated since 1993. |
