| Short Description |
A Class II inspection was conducted at the Cashmere Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) on January 13 and 14, 1987. The STP is an aerated lagoon system serving the city of Cashmere and the Tree Top, Inc. Cashmere Plant (Tree Top). During the inspection, discharges were within most cit of Cashmere Order limits, expired Tree Top NPDES permit limits, and proposed NPDES permit limits for both facilities. Low total suspended solids (TSS) removal efficiency and high effluent chlorine residual concentrations were potential problems. The effluent was not toxic to the bioassay organisms tested. | |||
