Abstract Long Description

The purpose of the One-Year Certification Program is to ensure that facilities built by Centennial money are working as intended.

These guidelines are intended as a guide to recipients and Architectural/Engineering Firms involved in the certification of grant and loan wastewater treatment facilities. The actual One-Year Certification program requirements will be project specific and will be developed through discussions between the Department of Ecology and the respective recipients. However, when the word "must" is used in the text it indicates a regulatory requirement that must be followed.
