Biosolids must be used in ways that meet all regulations. The law establishes minimum standards for the management of biosolids. These guidelines will outline a statewide framework for uniformly interpreting the law and translating it to a "level playing field." These guidelines are intended to assist and direct landowners, treatment plant oeprators, biosolids managers and others in complying with rules and laws pertaining to biosolids use.
