Abstract Long Description

Biosolids must be used in ways that meet all regulations. The law establishes minimum standards for the management of biosolids. These guidelines will outline a statewide framework for uniformly interpreting the law and translating it to a "level playing field."

These guidelines are intended to assist and direct landowners, treatment plant oeprators, biosolids managers and others in complying with rules and laws pertaining to biosolids use. Mandatory management practices will be set forth in the new rule (1994).
